Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Skipp (Zwoop Technologies Private Limited), we pride ourselves on delivering fashion faster than anyone else. Our goal is to make your shopping experience stylish, seamless, and lightning quick.


1. Delivery Timelines

Our delivery time ranges between 30 to 90 minutes, depending on brand location, order volume, and availability.
Delivery time is calculated from the moment your order is confirmed.


2. Delivery Coverage

We currently operate on a hyperlocal delivery model within our serviceable zones in Bengaluru.
If your address falls outside our coverage area, you’ll be notified during checkout before completing your purchase.


3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed immediately after payment confirmation.
  • Once confirmed, our delivery partners pick up your items directly from the respective brand stores for dispatch.

4. Multi-Brand Orders

If your order includes items from multiple brands, you may receive multiple deliveries within 90 minutes, depending on store locations and availability.
Store addresses remain confidential and are managed internally for smooth logistics.


5. Delivery Charges

There will be a standard delivery fee, which will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery charges may vary during peak hours or high-demand periods.


6. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to deliver within the promised time frame, delays may occur due to:

  • Heavy traffic conditions
  • Unfavorable weather
  • Store stock unavailability

In case of a delay, we’ll promptly notify you via SMS, Email, or Push Notification.


7. Order Tracking

Track your order in real-time through your Skipp account or the order confirmation link.
For multi-brand orders, tracking updates will appear as soon as items are picked up from each store.


8. Failed Deliveries

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the order will be canceled automatically, and applicable delivery charges may apply.
Please ensure availability during your delivery slot for a smooth and timely experience.


9. Exchange Eligibility

  • No returns are accepted once the order is delivered.
  • Customers are eligible for an exchange within 10 minutes of delivery using the Home Trial feature.
  • Exchanges are valid only if the tags are intact and the product is unused and undamaged.
  • Exchange requests made after 10 minutes will not be accepted.
