Refund & Exchange Policy
At Skipp (Zwoop Technologies Private Limited), we’re committed to ensuring a smooth and delightful shopping experience through our 30-90 minute fashion delivery service. To maintain hygiene, quality, and efficiency, we currently do not offer returns. However, we do provide an Exchange option during your 10-minute Home Trial window.
1. Exchange Eligibility
- Exchanges can be requested within 10 minutes of delivery through the Trial On feature.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size or variant.
- If the product shows any signs of damage, stains, or tag removal, exchange will not be accepted.
2. Exchange Process
- During your 10-minute Trial On window, you can inform the delivery representative (SPOC) if you wish to exchange the product.
- Our team will verify the item and process the exchange immediately if the replacement product is available.
- In case of unavailability, the exchange request will be recorded, and our support team will contact you for next steps.
3. Non-Exchangeable Conditions
- Products with removed or missing tags.
- Items damaged, used, or mishandled post-delivery.
- Requests made after 10 minutes of delivery.
4. Colour or Quality Issues
- If you notice a colour wash or quality-related issue, you may report it within 48 hours of delivery.
- After inspection and approval by our team, an exchange may be provided if applicable.
